Food & Wine Enthusiast Program

Attendees are paired together in groups or they work individually under the direction of the Chef in an intimate culinary school kitchen setting. Small class sizes ensure that students receive one-on-one time with the Chef and lots of hands on cooking experience. A printed recipe package is provided and at the end of each class students feast on the fruits of their labor! Search recipes from our kitchen.
