Each year during the fall and spring semesters, our Professional Culinary Students prepare a multi-course luncheon daily as a way to gain a real-time experience of working in a fine dining restaurant. During our Winter Restaurant, we serve a 4-course bistro style menu. Our Spring Restaurant is a 8-course degustation menu developed by the students themselves. We are also proud to serve wine that has been generously donated by some of the area's finest wineries.

We have gained quite a reputation for our creative decor, excellent service and superb cuisine. Meals are prepared using produce from our organic student garden, eggs from our own hens and humanely raised meat products from the local purveyors.

MAKING RESERVATIONS

Online reservations for Spring Restaurant 2018 are now completely full and we have started a waitlist to accommodate guests who were unsuccessful in securing a spot at our much beloved Spring Restaurant.

We still hope to seat you, though! We anticipate cancellations, so please call the Upper Valley Campus front desk at 707-967-2901 during regular business hours (M-F 9am-4:30pm) to place yourself on our waitlist. We will call you back as soon as a table opens up, possibly the morning of your requested date.

The largest party we are able to accommodate is six people. Payments accepted are cash or check only. Spring Restaurant is May 22 through June 8 (Tuesday through Friday, excluding May 29) with either a 12:00 or 12:30 seating time.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation and will be authorized by a chef. All cancellations must be made between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call the kitchen at (707) 967-2999 for cancellations. Late cancellations and "no-shows" will be charged $20 per person.

To make a change or confirm a reservation AFTER you have made an online reservation, please call the NV Cooking School Kitchen at (707) 967-2999 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There is no voicemail on this phone line, so please call back if it is not answered immediately.
