Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to Culinary School? There are many programs with different approaches. In this short 3-hour introductory class, we will go over what it’s like to attend the Napa Valley Cooking School at Napa Valley College. We will review what to expect, how to map out your own goal-centric path and how to get the most out of your learning experience. We will wrap it up the class with a practice session of knife skills. At NVCS, all are welcome, regardless if it’s you first or third career. There’s a spot for everyone! Pre-registration required.
