Registrants are paired together in groups or they work individually under the direction of the Chef in an intimate culinary school kitchen setting. Small class sizes ensure that students receive one-on-one time with the Chef and lots of hands on cooking experience. A printed recipe package is provided and at the end of each class students feast on the fruits of their labor! Search recipes from our kitchen.

Culinary Adventures are a special way to experience artisan food production, purchasing and eating from a Chef's perspective! Explore culinary hot spots of the East Bay, Bio-diverse Farms and Cheesemakers in Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties, San Francisco's Chinatown and much, much more!

Refund Policy

Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not canceled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class. No refunds can be made on requests made after that date. A $5 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is canceled or meeting times are changed by the college. You may send someone to take your place; just let us know you will be sending a substitute.
