The word "Bistro" conjures images of hearty meals, made with local ingredients, served on paper covered tables with beverages from nearby vineyards. Bistros are historically family owned, centrally located, and were gathering places where locals could catch up with one another, over a good meal. In this hands-on class, you will recreate some of these classic French Bistro dishes, while tasting special regional wines to go with them. Bistro food and wine is comfort at its best.
