Each year during the fall and spring semesters, our Professional Culinary Students prepare a multi-course luncheon for up to 80 guests daily as a way to gain a real-time experience of working in a fine dining restaurant.

During our Winter Restaurant, we serve a 4-course bistro style menu. Our Spring Restaurant is a 8-course degustation menu developed by the students themselves. We are also proud to serve wine that has been generously donated by some of the area's finest wineries.

We have gained quite a reputation for our creative decor, excellent service and superb cuisine. Meals are prepared using produce from our organic student garden, eggs from our own hens and humanely raised meat products from the local purveyors. 

MAKING RESERVATIONS

Due to our dining room capacity and growing popularity of our Student-Run Restaurant, we suggest reserving your tables early using our new online reservation form below. The largest party we are able to accommodate is six people. Payments accepted are cash or check only.

Spring Restaurant is May 23 – June 9, 2017 (Tuesday through Friday) and reservations can be made online beginning Monday, May 8, 2017. Other options after this date are by phone or drop-in at the Upper Valley Campus office. If reserving by phone, please call the kitchen only on Monday’s after 10:00am at (707) 967-2999 during Monday, May 22 – June 5, 2017. Please be patient when calling the kitchen as this is a busy prep day for the chefs and students; you may need to call back.

Any special dietary restrictions must be announced at the time of securing your reservation. We will do our best to serve you, however, please keep in mind that this is an educational institution and we may not be able to accommodate severe allergies or restrictions.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation and can only be authorized by a chef. All cancellations must be made between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call the kitchen at (707) 967-2999 for cancellations. Late cancellations and "no-shows" will be charged $20 per person.

To inquire about dates available and make a reservation please call the Kitchen at (707) 967-2999 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you don’t get an answer, please try your call again; our students are busy in the kitchen and may not hear the phone.
